謝樂筠簡介

I'm an artist from Hong Kong, currently studying a Masters of Glass Art and Science at VICARTE in Portugal. I graduated from the Academy of Visual Arts BA(VA),  Hong Kong Baptist University.

-Art enables us to find ourselves and lose ourselves at the same time.-

My work aims to animate the interconnection of the environment and beings. I craft and reform objects into a contraption in order to generate an extraordinary dialogue. Through the intrinsic properties of glass, by modelling, moulding, tweaking and cajoling, expanding and oppressing, I create objects to experience the struggle and the tension between my inner self and the outer world.
